We all have times when we crave for something to eat, often these foods are unhealthy. This article is about to change that, and here you’ll learn some helpful examples of healthy snacks you can eat without having to worry about your health.
List of healthy snacks:
- Fruit (fruits are usually high in sugar, so don’t eat too many of them, about two a day will do)
- Vegitables (the darker the color, the better)
- Berries
- Nuts (Remember: nuts are high in fat, so make sure you don’t eat too much :-))

- Cottage cheese
- Granola bars
- Low fat popcorn
- Rice Cakes
- Soy milk
- Black or green olives
